Vandana Jadhav is the Managing Founder & CEO of CareHive LLP, where she leads the company’s strategic vision, execution, and growth initiatives. She is responsible for driving business strategy, evaluating investments, and spearheading new venture development.
A graduate in Management Studies from the University of Mumbai, Vandana brings a strong foundation in business and operational excellence. She has previously played key roles in the CEO’s office, leading special projects and serving as Convenor of the Operating Committee, where she managed critical product and process-related initiatives at Devyani International and Mphasis Ltd.
With extensive experience working on large-scale performance transformation projects for Fortune 500 companies in India, Vandana has built deep expertise across multiple industries including FMCG, BFSI, and healthcare. Her cross-functional experience spans finance, strategy, project management, procurement, and manufacturing, supported by a global strategic perspective.
Driven by a strong sense of purpose, Vandana envisions launching India’s own portable oxygen concentrator (POC), contributing to the nation’s journey towards self-reliance in critical healthcare devices. Through CareHive, she is committed to supporting the vision of an Aatmanirbhar Bharat by reducing dependency on imports and building high-quality, accessible medical technology solutions within India.

Navin Gupta is a member of the founding team at CareHive LLP and a postgraduate in Business Administration, with over 17 years of diverse experience spanning established enterprises and high-growth startups.
His professional journey reflects a unique blend of client-side expertise and leadership roles, with extensive experience working closely with top management, including CEOs and Directors. He has contributed across multiple industries such as healthcare, BFSI, and e-commerce, bringing a well-rounded, strategic perspective to business operations.
Navin has led key functions including operations, business development, sales, and government and corporate relations across various business verticals. His contributions have been instrumental in shaping organizational values, culture, and execution excellence.
